We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in automation development, who thrives in an agile environment and is passionate about continuous learning and collaboration.
What will your job look like:
- Design, develop, debug, and maintain automation solutions using Python and Airflow
- Integrate and monitor workflows using Grafana for observability and alerting
- Work with Visa protocol (or similar) for secure data exchange and communication
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality automated systems
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation pipelines for performance and reliability
- Contribute to architectural decisions and improvements in automation frameworks and tools
- Maintain clear documentation and knowledge sharing with team members
All you need is:
- B.sc. in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related fields
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience in automation development
- Proficient in Python with a strong understanding of scripting and automation frameworks
- Solid experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration
- Hands-on experience with Grafana or similar observability platforms
- Familiarity with the Visa protocol or other secure transaction protocols
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication abilities (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrated self-learning and problem-solving mindset
- Highly independent with strong accountability and time management
- Adaptable and open to feedback in a collaborative setting
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container technologies
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
