As an Administrative Assistant you will be working closely with the legal department representatives providing essential support to our legal team. You will need to help make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks. This position is varied, requiring flexibility, problem solving ability and proactive initiative. The position is a permanent position located in Jerusalem.
What will your job look like?
- Keeping full track of incoming e-mails and tasks sent to the Legal department and monitoring them on an internal managing system (Jira)
- Managing the archiving system while soft filing all executed legal documents and noting their summary and meta details
- Ensuring all legal documents are fully approved by relevant executive management, are intact and confirmed before processing signatures
- Processing relevant signatures on an internal signing application and keeping track of all contracts until fully executed
- Prepare reports and correspondences with a high degree of accuracy
- Follow-up on multiple tasks until they are assigned and handled by a legal representative
- Support lawyers in coordination of complicated meetings
All you need is:
- High level of English (verbal and written)
- Very detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Team player, people person with an excellent positive attitude
- Self-motivated and an independent worker
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Familiarity with high-tech culture and previous experience as a high-tech Legal department admin - a plus
