We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager to join our SuperVision team - someone who shares our passion for bringing ADAS and self-driving technology to the road. In this role, you will play a leading part in vehicle systems integration, validation, and fleet management. We’re seeking a candidate with strong project and customer management skills, along with the technical depth to own tasks and dive into complex issues when needed.
How your job will look like:
- Serve as the central point of contact for vehicle systems integration
- Plan and manage the integration of our systems into customer’s pre-development vehicles
- Oversee system architectures for measurement equipment across multiple vehicle platforms
- Coordinate the build and maintenance of various generations of measurement equipment across large fleets (50+ vehicles)
- Troubleshoot critical issues and drive root cause analysis
- Monitor test execution using dashboards, burn-down charts, KPIs; Identify risks and prepare relevant status reports
- Support test management and validation activities
All you need is:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing or leading customer-facing ADAS vehicle systems integration projects
- Strong technical understanding of automotive vehicle architectures, embedded measurement systems, and data management (including CAN/Ethernet communication, diagnostic protocols such as UDS and ODX)
- Proactive, self-organized project management mindset with strong problem-solving, reporting, and tracking skills
- Structured and organized approach to work
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Office)
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); German or Hebrew is a plus
